Max's Chef to Farm Dinner "Ode to Tomatoes"
Neruda's "Ode to Tomatoes" says it best. What can be better than vine-ripe tomatoes fresh from the farm? Only this: Savoy Pizzeria and Max a Mia come together as Savoy Pizziolo Dante Cistulli and Mia Executive Chef Stephen Lundgren join forces to celebrate the height of Tomato Season. On Thursday, August 31st, we'll enjoy a tasting menu that revels in all things tomato. Our mobile pizza oven, the Savoy Road Show, will be on the farm as we wax poetic about the perfect summer food: The Tomato.
